摘要
大电流发电机的定子绕组一般采用导电环引出的方法,而导电环的焊接脱落问题则会引发发电机灾难性故障。通过分析导电环上连接片脱落的原因,从操作者校形作用力大小、焊接面粗糙度、清洁度、焊接温度及时间、连接片结构等因素着手,易造成圆环和连接片脱落,逐一分析、试验和验证,最终确定了连接片脱落的主要原因,并提出了解决办法,保证了导电环的焊接质量。
The stator windings of high-current generators usually adopt the leading out method of conductive ring, but the welding shedding of conductive ring will lead to the catastrophic failure of generator. Through analyzing the welding shedding reason of connection pieces on conductive ring, the reasons which is easy to cause the welding shedding of round ring and connection pieces are analyzed, tested and verified one by one starting from the factors such as the size of operator' s adjusting shape force, the cleanliness and roughness of welding surface, the welding temperature and time, and the structure of connection piece. Finally, the main welding shedding cause of the connection piece is determined, and the solutions are put forward to ensure the welding quality of conductive ring.
