油浆蒸汽发生器管板应力槽结构参数研究

摘要 由于工作环境恶劣,油浆蒸汽发生器经常发生管板及管头应力腐蚀开裂,造成停车、停产等重大事故,为了改善管头部位的焊后残余应力,研究并应用了一种新型的减应力槽结构。在某一减应力槽专利的基础上,借助ANSYS数值模拟软件,验证减应力槽降低焊后残余应力的作用,同时通过控制变量的手段,进一步研究减应力槽的槽深、槽宽及倒角等3个结构参数对油浆蒸汽发生器管头部分应力分布的影响,进而得出结论。模拟过程中模型的材料参数、热源参数和焊接工艺参数均取自实际生产,边界条件等的设定也与实际生产吻合,因此分析所得结论具有较高的可靠性,可为减应力槽的研究及实际加工提供借鉴与指导。 The slurry steam generator owing to its bad working environment,occurred pipe plate and pipe head stress corrosion cracking frequently,and it also resulted in the shutdown of production and other major accidents,in order to improve the welding residual stress of pipe head,a new type of stress reduction groove structure was studied and applied.On the basis of the patent of stress reduction groove,and by using ANSYS numerical simulation software,the stress reduction groove’s effect of reducing residual stress after welding was verified,at the same time,further studied three structure parameters of groove depth,groove width and chamfering which affected on the stress distribution of slurry steam generator’s tube head part with the method of control variables,finally came to the conclusion.In the simulation,the parameters of material,heat source and welding process were all taken from actual production,and the setting of boundary conditions were also consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,the conclusions obtained from the analysis were highly reliable,which can provide reference and guidance for the research and actual processing of stress reduction groove.
