摘要
针对指挥信息系统建立方案中部分内容无法进行量化评估的问题,通过运用基于SD方法评估指挥信息系统运用效能,进而可判定出指挥信息系统建立备选方案的优劣,为评估指挥信息系统建立方案提供一种新的思路。
Aiming at the problem that some contents of the establishment scheme of command information system can not be evaluated quantitatively,the paper evaluates the effctiveness of the application of command information system by using SD method, and then determines the advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives for the establishment of command information system, which provides a new idea for the evaluation of the establishment scheme of command information system.
