摘要
目的探究CYP2C19rs12248560单核苷酸多态性与心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压发生的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应检测CYP2C19rs12248560基因多态性,比较心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压患者组与健康人群CYP2C19rs12248560基因型的分布频率差异以及等位基因频率差异。结果50例心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压患者组和50例健康人群对照组CYP2C19rs12248560基因型分布频率野生型CC为52/68%,杂合型CT为28/24%,突变型TT为20/8%,两组比较χ^2=7.15,P=0.027,等位基因频率野生型C为65/76%,突变型T为35/24%,两组比较χ^2=5.36,P=0.024。结论心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压患者组与健康人群对照组CYP2C19rs12248560基因型分布频率和等位基因频率有显著差异,提示心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压的发生可能与CYP2C19rs12248560基因型多态性具有某种关联。
Objective To study the association between gene polymorphism of CYP2C19 rs12248560 and chronic heart failure combined with pulmonary hypertension. Methods CYP2C19 rs12248560 polymorphism was detected by PCR. The distribution and allele frequency difference of CYP2C19 rs12248560 genotype were detected and compared in 50 chronic heart failure combined pulmonary hypertension patients group and 50 healthy volunteers in the control group,respectively. Results Among 50 cases of chronic heart failure combined with pulmonary hypertension patients and 50 healthy volunteers,CYP2C19 rs12248560 wild CC genotype frequencies were 52%,and 68%;heterozygous CT were 28%,and 24%;mutant TT were 20%,and 8%. In two groups,χ^2 is 7.15,P=0.027. Wild-type C allele frequency were 65%,and 76%;mutant T were 35%,and 24%. In two groups,χ^2 is 5.36,P=0.024. Conclusion The differences of CYP2C19 rs12248560 genotype distribution and allele frequencies in chronic heart failure combined pulmonary hypertension patients and healthy volunteers in the control group were significant,which suggests that the occurrence of chronic heart failure combined with pulmonary hypertension may be related to CYP2C19 rs12248560 polymorphism.
