桥面未铺装状态下带裂缝现浇箱梁承载力试验评估研究

摘要 施工过程中的现浇箱梁桥,混凝土施工或者养护不当,经常会出现一些裂缝。如何衡量这类裂缝对结构的影响,是否会降低结构的承载能力,需要选择适当的方法进行评估。桥梁荷载试验通常在桥梁交工时进行,然而对于施工过程中出现的既有裂缝判断方法较少,且影响后期施工。通过对桥面铺装层未施工状态下桥梁混凝土强度、刚度及荷载作用下裂缝发展趋势的评估研究,得到了一种带裂缝现浇箱梁承载力试验的等效加载方法,有助于准确判断施工裂缝对结构的影响、保障了桥梁施工安全、提高了经济效益。 In the construction process of cast-in-place box beam bridge,inconcrete construction or improper maintenance,cracks offen appear.Itneeds choose adequate methods to evaluate the effect on the structure which may readuce the bearing capacity of the structure.The bridge load test is usually carried out when the bridge completed,but there are few methods for judging existing cracks in the construction process,and it affects the later construction.Through the unpaved bridge evaluation of concrete strength,stiffness and load evaluation research of crack development trend,get a kind of bearing capacity of cast-in-place beam girder fracture test of equivalent load method,help to accurately judge the impact of construction cracks on structure,to ensure the safety of the bridge construction,improved the economic benefit.
