摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动在急诊多发伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年7月至2018年8月我院收治的急诊多发伤患者100例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用品管圈活动。比较两组患者病情恶化程度及护理质量。结果 观察组病情恶化程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将品管圈活动应用于急诊多发伤患者中,能有效控制病情恶化程度,改进护理质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in the nursing of patients with multiple trauma in emergency department. Methods To select 100 cases of patients with multiple trauma who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given quality control circle activities based on the treatment of control group. The severity of the disease among the patients and the quality of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The severity of the disease in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group( P <0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying quality control circle activity to patients with multiple trauma in emergency department can control the degree of disease deterioration effectively and improve the quality of care,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
