摘要
为了深入了解CRE涂层自身的延性以及与混凝土之间的黏结能力,采用拉伸试验以及拔出试验对CRE涂层钢筋进行试验分析。结果表明:CRE涂层的平均协同应变值为2017με,基本与钢筋屈服拉应变保持一致,可以与钢筋协同工作。CRE涂层对光圆钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结性能可以提升3倍以上,对螺纹钢筋可以提升1.1倍以上。可以有效降低钢筋锚固长度,节省原料降低成本。
In order to understand the ductility of CRE coating itself and bond strength with concrete,tensile test and pull-out test were used to test CRE coated steel bars.Results show that,the average strain value of CRE coating is 2017 με,which is basically consistent with the yield tensile strain of steel bar,so CRE coating can work in conjunction with steel bars.Bond strength of plain bar and ribbed bar was increased by more than 3 times and 1.1times because of CRE coating, respectively.It can effectively reduce the anchorage length,and save the raw materials and cost.
