摘要
文章通过对研究生创新人才培育影响因素的理论分析,构建了基于创新人才培育的研究生教育质量评价模型。以中国科学院大学为例,对学校即将毕业的博士研究生开展“博士研究生教育质量跟踪调查”,综合分析了博士研究生创新人才培育现状及其内在生成机理和外在影响因素。研究显示,博士研究生总体教育质量较高;不同性别、年龄、学科、生源、指导方式和读研动机的博士研究生在创新素质特征、学校环境体验和创新表现上存在显著性差异;影响博士研究生创新人才培育的内在因素是学生的创新素质,外在因素是学校环境。研究建议,学校应注重人文关怀和营造宽松自由的科研环境;建立健全导师小组制度,增强导师育人能力与水平;加强与企业的沟通和就业指导服务。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the cultivation of graduate innovative talents,this paper constructs the evaluation model of graduate education quality based on creative talents cultivation.By taking the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example.It's oriented to graduating doctoral students and carries out the "Quality Tracking Survey of the Doctoral Graduate Education",which makes a comprehensive analysis on the present situation of the cultivation of the creative talents of the doctoral graduate students,the internal formation mechanism and the external influence factors.Research shows that the overall quality of education for doctoral graduate students is high.There are significant differences in the characteristics of innovation quality,school environment experience and innovation performance among doctoral candidates with different gender,age,discipline,source of students,guidance mode and research motivation.The internal factors that affect the cultivation of the creative talents of the doctoral graduate students are the creative qualities of the doctoral students,and the external factors are the environmental factors of the school.It proposes that we should pay attention to humanistic care and create a free scientific research environment;establish and improve the system of tutor group,in order to enhance the educating ability and level of tutors;strengthen communication with enterprises and employment guidance services.
