摘要
针对现有电焊机多是通过接入负载、电压表、电流表进行检测,其检测方式复杂、数据处理困难的问题,本文设计了基于STM32的集成电焊机检测仪。采用STM32作为主控芯片,液晶触摸显示屏作为人机交互界面,提高使用的便利性。采用全铝机身,适合工程现场复杂环境的使用。采用全铜接口并通过ABS绝缘橡胶与机壳相连,提高使用安全性和耐久度。使用SD卡存储和串口通信方式,方便测量数据存储及打印。现场测量实验表明,本文设计的基于STM32的集成电焊机检测仪测量数据符合要求,数据处理方便,现场使用效果较好。
The existing electric welding machine is tested by access load, voltmeter, ammeter, the detection methods are complex and difficult data processing, integrated electric welding machine based on the STM32 detector is designed in this paper. Using STM32 as the main control chip, the LCD touch screen is used as human-computer interface to improve the convenience of use. It is suitable for the use of complex environment in engineering field. The whole copper interface is used and the rubber is connected with the shell to improve the safety and durability. SD card storage and serial communication mode is used to facilitate the measurement of data storage and printing. The field measurement experiment shows that the measurement data of the integrated welder detector based on STM32 is in accordance with the requirements, and the data processing is convenient, and the field use effect is better.
