摘要
本文采用文献资料法,分析整理近几年普通高校体育专业学位研究生的报考信息库和录取信息库,对普通高校公共体育部硕士点体育专业学位研究生的生源质量进行研究。研究结果:普通高校公共体育部有较高的招录比,复试选材空间小;普通高校公共体育部招收的考生生源地分布较广、考生第一学历的毕业院校及专业混杂;生源质量偏低。针对上述问题,提出公共体育部应加大招生宣传力度,提升选材空间、严格执行复试选材标准,提高研究生生源质量、完善研究生管理机制,实行针对性培养、培养创新意识,加强课程建设的相关建议,为优化招生机制提供参考。
Based on the method of literature,this study analyzes and sorts out the information base of entrance examination and admission of postgraduates majoring in Physical Education in universities in recent years,and studies the source quality of those students in the master's degree program of the Ministry of Public Physical Education in universities,which aims to provide reference for optimizing the recruitment mechanism.The results showed that these kind of universities had a higher enrollment ratio and less room for re-examinationselection.The students enrolled by universities were widely distributed,and the graduates with the first degree were mixed with their majors,the quality of the students was on the low side.It is proposed that the Ministry of Public Physical Education should strengthen the propaganda of recruitment,enhance the selection space,strictly implement the criteria for re-examination selection,improve the quality of graduate students,improve the management mechanism of graduate students,carry out targeted training,cultivate innovative consciousness,and strengthen the relevant suggestions of curriculum construction.
