L-酪氨酸电化学传感器的研究

摘要 L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr)是营养必需氨基酸之一,它是蛋白质的重要组成部分,对人和动物的新陈代谢、生长发育起着重要的作用,也是激素和神经递质的关键前体。体内酪氨酸含量异常将会引起相关疾病,因此发展快速灵敏测定L-Tyr的方法对研究相关动物营养和疾病诊断具有重要意义。文章概述了近几十年来各类检测酪氨酸的分析方法,重点探讨了电化学传感器在酪氨酸检测方面的研究与应用。 L-Tyrosine (L-Tyr), a nutritionally essential amino acid and a vital constituent of proteins, plays an important role in metabolism and growing development of both human beings and animals. It is also a precursor of neurotransmitters and hormones. However, abnormal tyrosine content in the body will cause related diseases. Therefore, it is very significant to develop a rapid, simple and sensitive method for determination of L-Tyr in the fields of animal nutrition and disease diagnosis. This article has outlined various analytical methods of detecting tyrosine in recent decades, giving special focus to the research of electrochemical sensors and relevant applications for the detection of L-tyrosine.
