摘要
B型尿钠肽是心室细胞在压力及体积过载时分泌的能够反映心脏负荷、心脏结构及心脏功能的一种生物标志物。从尿钠肽的代谢过程及生物特性来看,尿钠肽与心血管疾病有着密不可分的关系,众多研究证明了尿钠肽的临床价值,尤其是在心力衰竭中的研究已非常成熟,而且尿钠肽有着生物标志物不可替代的优势。近年来,有关尿钠肽及N-末端多肽在儿童心血管疾病中应用的研究也越来越多,现主要从尿钠肽及N-末端多肽在儿童常见的几种心血管疾病中的变化来探讨尿钠肽在儿童心血管疾病中的诊断、病情严重程度评估、治疗效果评价中的应用。
B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a biomarker secreted by ventricular cells during pressure and volume overload, which can reflect cardiac load, cardiac structure and cardiac function. Judging from the metabolic process and biological characteristics of BNP, BNP is closely related to cardiovascular disease. Numerous studies have proved the clinical value of BNP, especially in heart failure. BNP has an irreplaceable advantage as a biomarker. In recent years, more and more researches have been done on the application of BNP and NT-proBNP in cardiovascular diseases in children. This paper mainly discusses the application of BNP in the diagnosis, severity assessment and therapeutic effect evaluation of children s cardiovascular diseases from the changes of BNP and NT-proBNP in several common cardiovascular diseases.
