低剂量右美托咪定对子宫切除术患者的麻醉效果及对应激水平和微循环的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察低剂量右美托咪定对腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者麻醉效果及对其应激水平和微循环的效果。方法选取焦作市人民医院在2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治的220例腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组两组,每组各110例。参照组使用常规麻醉,研究组使用右美托咪定辅助麻醉。对比分析两组患者的麻醉效果,应激水平及微循环状况。结果研究组拔管时间、苏醒时间、应答时间均明显短于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);与参照组相比,研究组不同时段应激水平各项指标均较优,差异显著(P<0.05);不同时段两组间TcPCO2水平无显著差异(P>0.05),麻醉前两组TcPO2水平无显著差异(P>0.05),麻醉时与手术毕研究组TcPO2水平明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者实采用剂量右美托咪定麻醉,麻醉效果良好,患者应激反应小、微循环状况更好。
