摘要
为提升风力发电机轴承故障诊断的准确性和效率,本文提出了包络谱扫频分析法,该方法通过扫频,将包络谱中的振动信号变换到扫频谱,然后利用故障信号在包络谱中的形态特征过滤干扰频率,最终突显代表故障的周期性冲击信号,实现对风力发电机轴承故障的准确快速诊断。实际诊断结果表明,包络谱扫频分析法能够准确快速地诊断风力发电机轴承典型故障。该方法可作为传统故障诊断方法的有效补充,不仅适用于风力发电机轴承故障诊断,也适用于其他设备滚动轴承的故障诊断。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of bearing fault diagnosis of wind turbine, envelope spectrum sweeping analysis method is proposed. By sweeping the envelope spectrum, this method transforms the vibration signal into sweeping spectrum. Then, it uses the morphological features of the fault signal in the envelope spectrum to filter the interference frequency. Finally, it highlights the periodic impulse attenuation signals representing the faults, to realize accurate and fast diagnosis of bearing fault of wind turbines. The actual diagnosis results show that, this method can accurately and rapidly diagnose the typical bearing faults of wind turbine. It is an effective complement to the conventional diagnostic methods, which is not only suitable for bearing fault diagnosis of wind turbine, but also can be used for rolling bearing fault diagnosis of other equipments.
