摘要
目的研究抚触护理联合早期游泳对新生儿黄疸患儿体重、黄疸指数和胆红素变化的影响。方法86例新生儿黄疸患儿随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采取常规护理方法。观察组给予抚触护理联合早期游泳。比较2组患儿黄疸消退时间、首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间和护理前后黄疸指数、体重及血清间接胆红素(IBIL)的变化情况。结果观察组患儿黄疸消退时间、首次排便时间及胎便转黄时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.01)。2组患儿护理后黄疸指数和血清IBIL较护理前均显著下降,且观察组护理后黄疸指数和血清IBIL较对照组均显著下降(P<0.01);对照组护理前后体重变化的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后体重较护理前明显增加,且较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论在应用抚触护理的基础上,联合早期游泳可有效减轻新生儿黄疸患儿临床症状,减少血清IBIL含量,且有助于促进患儿生长和发育,因此值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of touch nursing combined with early swimming on weight,jaundice index and bilirubin levels in newborns with neonatal jaundice jaundice.Methods A total of 86 newborns with neonatal jaundice jaundice who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the stydy,who were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43) according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by touch nursing combined with early swimming.The changes of jaundice subsidence time,first defecation time,time of turning into jaundice of meconium and jaundice index,body weight and serum indirect bilirubin(IBIL) before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results As compared with those in control group,the jaundice subsidence time,the first defecation time and the turning time of the meconium in observation group were significantly shortened(P<0.01).As compared with those before nursing,the jaundice indexes and serum IBIL levels were decreased significantly after nursing in both groups,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in body weight in control group before and after nursing(P > 0.05),but the body weight in observation group was increased significantly after nursing,as compared with that before nursing,and as compared with that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The touch nursing combined with early swimming can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the content of serum IBIL of newborns with neonatal jaundice jaundice,which is helpful to promote the growth and development of infants,thus,it is worthy of clinical application.
