摘要
施工质量与进度,是影响工程建设整体工期节点的关键因素,且二者与技术管理密不可分,通过分析信号工程技术管理要素,探讨工程管理中应避免或克服的问题,并提出相应对策,以有效提高施工质量与进度。
Construction quality and progress are the key factors that aff ect the overall construction period nodes of the project,and they are inseparable from technical management.Through the analysis of signal engineering technical management elements,this paper discusses the problems that should be avoided or overcome in engineering management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to eff ectively improve the construction quality and progress.
