摘要
为解决单元重载列车特殊困难区段列车纵向冲动、车钩折断、列车放飏、司机不好操纵等重大行车安全隐患,深入研究ZPW-2000A电路结构原理、挖掘电路未启用的功能,通过开发ZPW-2000A电路的L2、L3信息码,为铁路运输一体化提高运输能力提供技术保障,解决了单元重载列车特殊困难区段控车的技术难题,填补了重载铁路特殊困难区段开行单元万吨重载列车的技术空白,提升了朔黄线神池南站2万t列车编组能力。
According to the existing serious safety hazards of heavy-haul unit train in special diffi cult section,such as longitudinal impulse of the train,coupler broken,train sliding without braking,and diffi cult to operate for driver and etc.,the structure principle of ZPW-2000A circuit is further studied and the unenabled functions of the circuit are excavated.Therefore,L2 and L3 information codes of 2000A circuit are developed to provide technical support for railway transportation integration and transportation capacity improvement,resolve the technical problems of the heavy-haul unit train operation control in special difficult section,fill the technical gap of heavy-haul unit train of ten thousand tons in special diffi cult section,improve train marshalling capacity of 20 thousand tons in Shenchi South station of Shuohuang railway line.
