摘要
介绍了余热再生干燥装置零气耗技术的应用背景、工艺原理、工艺流程以及技术优点。通过对现有耗气量高的余热再生干燥装置进行升级改造,实现余热再生干燥装置零气耗技术,既可以消除传统余热再生干燥装置较高的耗气量,增加空压机系统有效产能,缓解日益增加的压缩空气需求与空压机产能限制之间的矛盾,又可以提高吸附剂再生效果,延长吸附剂工作时间。零气耗技术节能效果显著,是非常值得推广的技术。
The paper mainly introduced the background, process principle, process flow and technical advantages of zero gas consumption technology of waste heat regeneration and drying equipment. By upgrading and upgrading the existing waste heat regeneration drying device with high gas consumption, the zero-gas consumption technology of the waste heat regeneration drying device was realized, which can eliminate the gas consumption of the traditional waste heat regeneration drying device, increase the effective capacity of the air compressor system, and alleviate the increasing compression. The contradiction between air demand and air compressor capacity limitation can increase the regeneration effect of the adsorbent and prolong the working time of the adsorbent. The energy saving effect of zero gas technology is very good, and it is worthy to promoted.
