摘要 采煤机是煤矿井下重要的电气设备之一,对于煤矿的安全生产具有非常重要的作用,因此必须对采煤机的运行状态进行实时监控。以STM32单片机作为核心,利用CAN总线通讯,集成采煤机远程监控系统,利用VB软件设计监控平台软件,实现对采煤机运行状态的实时监控。设计的采煤机远程监控系统在实际生产中运行正常,能够实现对采煤机各种工况的监控。 The shearer is one of the important electrical equipment in the underground coal mine and plays a very important role in the safe production of coal mines.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the running state of the shearer in real time.This paper takes STM32 MCU as the core,uses CAN bus communication,integrates the remote monitoring system of shearer,and uses VB software to design the monitoring platform software to realize real-time monitoring of the shearer operating state.The designed remote monitoring system of shearer works normally in actual production,which can realize the monitoring of various working conditions of shearer.
