阻挡室内污染气体外溢气压门的模拟研究

摘要 垃圾场、生产车间等场所的异味和有害气体外溢现象严重,这些污染气体外溢问题导致的恶性事件时有发生,造成十分不良的社会影响和公众舆论。研究一种阻挡污染气体外溢的气压门,在门缝处出风形成气幕屏障,有效阻挡污染区内部空气向外流动。采用Fluent软件模拟分析在气幕作用下,门缝处污染气体的流动情况和阻溢能力。给定阻溢比作为门缝阻挡污染气体外溢程度的判断标准,模拟研究表明,出风速度越大阻溢比越高,且阻溢比与室内污染气体的浓度无关,在实际工程中,可以直接根据阻溢比选择合适的出风速度。 The bad smell and harmful gas spillover in garbage dump, workshop and other places are serious. The vicious incidents caused by the spillover of these gases happen frequently, resulting in very bad social influence and public opinion. A kind of air pressure door is studied, which can prevent the air from flowing out of the polluted area.This kind of pressure door blows out the air at the door seam to form an air curtain barrier. The Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the flow and overflow ability of the polluted gas at the door seam under the action of gas curtain.Given the percentage of blocking overflow as the criterion for judging the degree of outflowing of the gas. The simulation results show that the larger the velocity of wind is, the higher the percentage of blocking overflow is, and the percentage of blocking overflow is independent of the concentration of indoor pollution gas. In the actual project, the appropriate velocity of the wind can be selected directly according to the percentage of blocking overflow.
