阿仑膦酸钠片对应用糖皮质激素的SLE患者骨保护作用的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评估阿仑膦酸钠片对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者糖皮质激素诱导骨质疏松(GIOP)的预防作用。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月于我科住院的SLEDAI评分提示稳定期的女性SLE患者50例,患者均口服糖皮质激素6个月以上,随机分为维生素D+钙剂组(对照组)、维生素D+钙剂+阿仑膦酸钠片组(观察组),给予相应治疗后,并于第0、6个月监测骨代谢指标,比较各组治疗前后骨密度变化。结果治疗后,两组血清钙、维生素D与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组骨密度测量值均有所改善,观察组的骨密度提升更为明显(P<0.05)。结论对于长期服用小剂量激素的SLE患者,阿仑膦酸钠片可有效改善患者的骨密度,降低骨折的发生,起到骨保护作用。 Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of alendronate sodium tablets on glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis ( GIOP) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE). Methods A total of 50 female SLE patients with stable SLEDAI scores from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. All patients were treated with glucocorticoid for more than 6 months. They were randomly divided into control group ( vitamin D + calcium) and observation group ( vitamin D + calcium + alendronate sodium tablets). The bone metabolism indicators were monitored before treatment and at the 6th month after the corresponding treatment. The bone mineral density of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum calcium or vitamin D between the two groups after treatment ( P > 0. 05). After treatment, the bone mineral density was improved in both groups,and in observation group it was increased more significantly ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with SLE who take small doses of hormones for a long time,alendronate sodium tablets can effectively improve the bone density, reduce the occurrence of fractures,and play a role in bone protection.
