摘要
采用XRF、XRD、SEM、DTA-TG等测试方法,研究了右水瓷石原矿的化学组成、矿相组成、显微形貌、物化性能。以该瓷石原矿、龙岩高岭土、修水长石、上祝瓷石为主要原料,研制了1310℃还原焰烧成的日用陶瓷配方,研究原矿的加入量对泥料及产品性能的影响。研究结果表明:右水瓷石的主要矿物组成为石英、高岭石、白云母、斜长石。该原矿的使用量以小于等于30%为宜,30%时综合性能最佳。最佳配方下的成瓷产品的白度、光泽度、吸水率和抗热震性均达到或优于日用细瓷国家标准一等品的标准要求,可满足传统陶瓷的生产要求。
The chemical compositions, mineral compositions, microscopic structures, physical and chemical properties of the porcelain stone raw ore from Youshui were investigated by methods of XRF, XRD, SEM and DTA-TG. Using this kind of porcelain stone raw ore, kaolin of Longyan, feldspar of Xiushui, porcelain stone of Shangzhu as raw materials, the domestic ceramics formula fired in reducing atmosphere of 1310 ℃ was researched. Then we studied the influence of raw ore addition content on mud and product performances. Results showed that the main mineral compositions of porcelain stone raw ore from Youshui were quartz, kaolinite, muscovite and plagioclase. The raw ore addition content of equal or less than 30% would appropriate, when equal 30%, the optimum comprehensive properties can be obtained. The whiteness, glossiness, water absorption ability and thermal shock resistance of product in optimum formula can achieve or exceed the national standards in the first-calss requirements of fine domestic ceramic, which is satisfied the production requirements of traditional ceramics.
