摘要
针对航空、常规生产加工等工件的焊接环节,设计了一套新型激光对焊装置。介绍了该装置的基本结构和工作方法,并进行了三维建模及制作。该装置具有操作简单、维护方便等优点,可应用于批量生产中,提高了生产效率。该项目的实施对后续产品的研究、改进及自动化生产具有较高的参考价值。
A new type of laser butt welding device is designed for the welding links of workpieces such as aviation, conventional production and processing. This paper introduces the basic structure and working method of the device, and carries out three-dimensional modeling and fabrication. The device has the advantages of simple operation and convenient maintenance and can be applied to batch production and improve production efficiency. The implementation of this project has a high reference value for the follow-up product research, improvement and automation production.
