高效液相色谱法测定葡萄糖光催化氧化产物 被引量:1

摘要 建立了一种定量检测葡萄糖及其氧化产物的高效液相色谱法。采用示差折光检测器(RID),Shodex SH1011色谱柱(8.0 mm×300 mm,6μm),流动相为0.24 mmol·L^-1硫酸,流速为0.6 mL·min^-1,柱温为50℃,进样量为20μL。结果表明,葡萄糖及其氧化产物在线性范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率为96.7%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为0.71%~2.73%。葡萄糖的氧化产物为葡萄糖二酸、葡萄糖酸、阿拉伯糖和甲酸。该方法能够对葡萄糖及其氧化产物进行准确的定量分析。 We established a method for the quantitative determination of glucose and its oxidative products by high performance liquid chromatography.In the process of determination,refractive index detector(RID) was adopted,Shodex SH1011 column(8.0 mm×300 mm,6 μm) was adopted,0.24 mmol·L^-1 sulfuric acid was adopted as a mobile phase,and parameters,such as the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1,the column temperature of 50 ℃,and the injection volume of 20 μL,were adopted.The results indicate that the concentrations of glucose and its oxidation products show good linear relationship with the peak area in the linear range.The recovery is 96.7%-103.3%,and relative standard deviation is 0.71%-2.73%.Moreover,the oxidative products of glucose are glucaric acid,gluconic acid,arabinose,and formic acid.This method can be used for the exact quantitative analysis of glucose and its oxidation products.
