摘要
以γ-环糊精为起始原料,依次经溴代、硫醚化反应制得舒更葡糖钠粗粉,再进一步精制得到舒更葡糖钠精粉,总收率为71.6%。本合成方法工艺过程简单,能耗低,无污染,操作简单,反应条件温和,收率高,有良好的工业化生产前景。
Using γ-cyclodextrin as a raw material,we synthesized Sugammadex sodium crude powder through the steps of bromination and thioetherification.Moreover,we obtained Sugammadex sodium refined powder with the total yield of 71.6% through purification.This process has the advantages of simple process,low energy consumption,non-pollution,simple operation,mild reaction conditions,and high yield,which has a good industrial production prospect.
