摘要
以老(旧)城市水问题为导向,结合城市未来发展建设更新需求,坚持“系统构建、分区治理”的建设思路。通过优化调整现有排水分区,布置源头减排工程(建筑与小区、公园广场及道路LID改造项目)、过程转输控制工程(排水管网、调蓄池)和末端调蓄治理(泵站)等系统工程设施来构建海绵城市,综合实现工程总体治理目标。利用MIKE FLOOD水利分析模型和海绵城市监测系统评估工程建设成效,为海绵城市建设提供了可借鉴的建设经验。
This paper took the old urban water problems as the target,combined the renewal demand of the urban future development and construction,adhered to the construction idea of “system construction and regional governance”.It optimized the current drainage division and arranged the source emission reduction projects (including construction and community,park squares and road LID renovation projects),process transfer control projects (including drainage pipe networks,storage tanks) and terminal storage and control (pumping stations) to build sponge city,in order to meet the aim of comprehensive realization of overall projects management objectives.MIKE FLOOD water analysis model and sponge city monitoring system were involved to evaluate the project construction achievements.Thus,references for experience in sponge city construction can be provided.
