摘要
作为利用互联网汇集大众力量与智慧的创新模式,众包为档案信息资源建设提供了一种新的途径。基于对盛宣怀档案众包项目的实地调研以及对文献和公开资料的分析,研究者从设计、运作及管理三个层面探讨了运用众包开展档案信息资源建设的框架。在我国的特定情境下,可以从完善前期规划与准备、挖掘特色档案资源、吸引特定群体参与、利用现有平台及社交媒体等措施入手,促进档案信息资源建设中众包的实现。
As an innovation of exploiting the network platform to converge the public power and wisdom, crowdsourcing brings about new possibilities for the construction of archival information resources. This research illuminates the value and feasibility of crowdsourcing in the construction of archival information resources in China. Based on the investigation of SHENG Xuanhuai Archives Crowdsourcing Project and theoretical analysis, a frame work of employing crowdsourcing to develop archival information resources is presented in three dimensions: design, operation and management. In the context of China, four approaches are advised to apply this innovative model, which includes perfecting the planning and preparation, focusing on the special archival resources, appealing to specific social groups and taking advantage of existed social media and crowdsourcing platform.
