基于平价上网的海上风电运维策略分析 被引量:3

摘要 海上风电是最具规模化开发的可再生能源。2020年我国海上风电装机容量将突破8.5GW。2019年起推行海上风电平价上网,对海上风电的发展产生深刻影响。目前海上风电运维成本高,运维成本是陆上风电的2~3倍,在度电成本占比高达25%~40%。研究发现,科学合理的运维策略是降低海上风电度电成本的有效途径,采用预防性维修策略,出海运维作业次数下降34.7%,可有效降低海上风电度的运维成本和度电成本。 The offshore wind power is the most valuable renewable energy for large-scale development. The total capacity of offshore wind power will exceed 8.5 GW by 2020 in China. The government has been promoting the wind power grid parity since 2019, which will be far-reaching effects on the development of offshore wind power. Now the cost of operation & maintenance of offshore wind power is high, which accounts for 25%~40% of the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) and is 2~3 times that of onshore wind power. It is found that scientific and reasonable operation & maintenance strategy is an effective way to reduce the LCOE. Preventive maintenance (PM) strategy can reduce the number of shipping operations by 34.7%, thus effectively reducing the cost of operation & maintenance and LCOE of offshore wind power.
