摘要
目的探讨优质护理对提高神经内科病房整体服务及安全质量的效果研究。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院神经内科病房的100例患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例,对研究组患者采取优质护理,对照组患者采取常规护理,比较2组患者对护士护理服务质量的整体满意度及病房安全评分。结果研究组患者对护士护理服务的整体满意度及病房安全评分明显高于对照组(t分别=6.38、5.96,P<0.05)。结论神经内科病房实行优质护理后,每项护理工作均落到实处,病房安全质量提高,患者对护理服务质量满意。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the safety of neurology wards.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,100 patients in the neurology wards of the hospital were collected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 50 cases in each group.Th patients in the study group received the high quality nursing,and the patients in the control group were given the routine nursing.The overall satisfaction of the patients to the nursing service and the scores of ward safety were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction of the patients to the nursing quality service of the nurses in the study group was superior to that in the the control group(P< 0.05).The ward safety score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of high-quality nursing in the neurology wards,every nursing work can be carried out,the safety quality of the ward can be improved,and thesatisfaction of the patients to the nursing can be improved.
