摘要
针对传统电压型交-直-交变频器直流母线大容量电解电容带来的缺点,提出一种直流母线并联小容量开关电容的交-直-交变频器及控制策略。首先分析了这种变频器的电路结构和电容参数计算方法,该方法以小电容充放电的电压波形接近直流母线六脉波电压波形为计算依据。然后研究了直流母线为六脉波电压时变频器输出电压大小,并提出一种电压变换效率最大的控制方法。最后分析六脉波电压对变频器输出电压谐波的影响,推导了小电容变频器理想数学模型。研究结果表明,小电容变频器电解电容的容量仅为传统变频器的三分之一,但电压变化效率、输出电压谐波含量与传统变频器基本相同。实验结果验证了上述结论。
Electrolytic capacitors paralleled in DC-link of frequency converter have disadvantages of large size and more faults. Aiming at these disadvantages,one small electrolytic capacitor AC-DC-AC frequency converter and its control strategy are proposed. Firstly,topology structure of the converter was presented and calculating method of the small capacitor were reduced. The calculating method was based on that the charging or discharging voltage waves to the small capacitor were approximately the same as the six-pulse voltage waves. Secondly,output voltage values of the frequency converter fed by six-pulse voltages on DC-link were studied and the control method that frequency converter had maximal voltage conversion efficiency was also suggested. In the end,output voltage harmonics of the frequency converter fed by six-pulse voltages on DC-link were analyzed and mathematical models of the frequency converter were built. The study results show that the capacitor of the frequency converter is one third of the capacitor of the traditional frequency converter,but the voltage conversion efficiency and the output voltage harmonics of the former approach the latter. The experimental results verify the conclusions.
