摘要
目的:研究口腔疾病住院患者疾病分布及其直接经济负担情况。方法:对武汉市某口腔医院2013-2017年21996份住院患者病历进行回顾性研究。结果:腭裂和唇裂等12种疾病占住院患者的38.55%,并在性别和年龄分布方面存在显著性差异(均P<0.001)。常见口腔疾病次均住院费用为20577元,并呈现不断上升趋势。结论:我国口腔疾病住院患者疾病谱结构发生变化并呈现出多元化特点,年龄和性别分布具有聚集性。同时,口腔疾病住院患者的疾病负担较重并不断加剧。
Objective: To study the distribution and direct economic burden of inpatients with oral diseases. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted based on 21996 inpatients medical records during 2013 to 2017 collected from a stomatology hospital in Wuhan City. Results: The twelve diseases such as cleft palate and cleft lip accounted for 38.55% of inpatients, and showed significant differences in gender and age(both P<0.001). The average cost of inpatients with oral diseases is 20577 yuan with an increasing trend in recent years. Conclusion: The disease spectrum of inpatients with oral diseases changes and exhibits diversified characteristics, and presents age and gender aggregation. The economic burden of inpatients with oral diseases is relatively heavy, and shows an increasing trend.
