四川省工业园区水气土协同预警体系构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前国内工业园区仅有水和气两种环境介质协同预警机制而未考虑土壤介质的不足,建立工业园区大气、地表水和土壤环境污染风险源的识别、评估和协同预警等级评估模型,设定水气土污染风险预警等级和指标体系,提出四川省工业园区环境风险管控体系优化建议,为工业园区管理部门和环境监管部门提供借鉴与参考,降低工业园区环境风险事故发生概率以保障园区工作人员及周边群众生命财产安全。 In view of the deficiencies of the current research on the synergistic early warning mechanism of water, gas and soil in industrial parks, a method for identifying, evaluating and collaborative early warning the environmental risk sources of air, surface water, soil and groundwater pollution is established, and a system of early warning grades and indicators for soil pollution risk are set up. The optimization suggestions for the environmental risk management and control system of industrial parks in Sichuan Province and other industrial parks in China are put forward, providing optimization suggestions for environmental risk management and control of the management department and environmental supervision department to reduce the probability and consequences of environmental risk accidents.
