FTIR-ATR红外光谱法多级鉴别不同种类的绿茶

摘要 通过测定洞庭湖碧螺春,信阳毛尖,峨眉山竹叶青,西湖龙井四种绿茶的红外光谱,运用主体成分分析,二阶导数红外光谱分析与光谱比对等方法,对四种绿茶进行多级鉴别。结果表明,在1800~700cm-1之间,四种绿茶的峰形和峰强存在明显差异,据此,可对四种绿茶进行鉴别。利用FTIR-ATR红外光谱法识别不同种类的绿茶,快速准确,有较高的实际应用价值。 By measuring the infrared spectra of Biluochun Tea, Maojian Tea, Zhuyeqing Tea and Longjing Tea, and using the methods of principal component analysis, second derivative infrared spectrum analysis and spectral comparison, four kinds of green tea were identified by multi-level identification. The results showed that there were obvious differences in peak shape and peak strength between 1800 and 700 cm -1 , so that four kinds of green tea could be identified. Using FTIR-ATR infrared spectroscopy to identify different kinds of green tea was rapid and accurate, and had certain practical value.
