碳五溶剂脱氯研究

摘要 碳五溶剂主要来自碳五石油树脂低温催化聚合反应过程中的副产物,原料中未反应的烷烃组分,待反应结束后蒸馏富集。研究以循环溶剂、多聚甲醛、萘、季铵盐等为原料进行脱氯反应,考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等对脱氯效果的影响,确定了脱氯反应最佳工艺条件:m(萘):m(多聚甲醛):m(循环溶剂):m(季铵盐)=28:12:100:1,反应温度为45℃,反应时间5h,氯的有效脱除率达70%。 C5 solvent is a unreacted alkanes that mainly comes from by-products of low temperature catalytic polymerization of C5 petroleum resins. The dechlorination reaction with the materials including circulating solvent, polyformaldehyde, naphthalene and quaternary ammonium salt was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and raw material ratio on dechlorination were investigated. The optimum process conditions for dechlorination were determined as follows : m (naphthalene ): m (polyformaldehyde ): m (circulating solvent ): m (quaternary ammonium salt )=28 : 12 : 100 : 1, the reaction temperature was 45 ℃, the reaction time was 5 h, 70% chlorine was removed.
