摘要
针对现有目标模拟器不能用于多传感器光电设备调焦调轴过程、无法满足其装调需求的问题,设计仿真了一种新型多功能目标模拟器光学系统。本文确定了该目标模拟器的光学方案,采用了中波红外、长波红外、激光、可见光多波段共孔径复合形式,对各分系统进行了详细设计和仿真。作为多传感器光电设备焦距调试以及各波段光学系统光轴一致性调试过程中的核心设备,该目标模拟器可以为其提供调焦和调轴基准并提高调焦和调轴精度,该目标模拟器集成度高、结构紧凑、小巧便携,便于后续自动化扩展。
A novel multifunctional target simulator is designed aiming at the problem that the present target simulator cannot be used in the focusing and adjusting process of multi-sensor photoelectric equipment.In this paper,the optical scheme of the target simulator is determined,which adopts the multi-band co-aperture of med-wave infrared,long-wave infrared,laser and visible light.As the core equipment of focusing and adjusting the optical axis of each band optics systems of multi-sensor photoelectric equipment,the target simulator can provide the focus and axis adjustment reference and improve the adjustment accuracy.It is highly integrated,compact and portable,which is convenient for following automation.
