摘要
通过在成品前预留5~10mm作为平整量,即选择无凸度的孔型采取多道次且每道次少压下的方法,可以使用初轧开坯孔型生产模具厚扁钢并使其扁材C值及直角度满足用户的要求;通过提高变形温度、降低轧制速度及增加单道次变形程度来克服初轧机轧制能力不足,使变形更加深入,提高产品探伤合格率;通过使用工业盐强制破磷、开坯前几道次多翻面及二火轧制时先立轧破鳞等克服初轧生产线上无除鳞设备的缺陷,模具厚扁钢的表面质量达到用户要求。
By reserving 5-10mm as flatness before finished product, i.e. selecting non-convex pass with multi-pass and less reduction in each pass, thick flat steel for die can be produced by blooming pass and its flat C value and straight angle can meet user's requirements;Inadequate rolling capacity of blooming mill can be overcome by increasing deformation temperature, reducing rolling speed and increasing single pass deformation degree, so the sufficient deformation can be made and the qualified rate of product flaw detection can be improved. The defects of no descaling equipment in blooming production line can be overcome by using industrial salt to break phosphorus forcibly, turning over slab several times before blooming and vertical rolling to break scale first during second fire rolling, and the surface quality of heavy flat steel meets the user's requirements.
