摘要
建立一种无需样品前处理,直接进样快速测定客家黄酒中醇类物质的方法。将样品溶液用0.22μm滤膜过滤后,直接进样到单四极杆气相色谱–质谱仪中,采用全扫描模式测定。结果在客家黄酒中鉴定出醇类化合物9种,采用外标法建立标准曲线对其中的甲醇、丙醇、异戊醇、异丁醇进行定量分析,4种醇的质量浓度在1~100μg/mL范围内与对应的色谱峰面积均呈良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.9527~0.9969,检出限为0.5~2μg/mL。6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.4%~3.1%,加标回收率为94.3%~99.8%。该方法简便快速,满足客家黄酒中醇类物质日常快速检测的要求。
A rapid method for the determination of alcohols in Hakka rice wine by direct injection without pretreatment was established. After filtration with 0.22 μm micron membrane,samples were directly injected into gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and determined by full scanning mode. The results indicated that nine typical alcohols in Hakka rice wine were identified. The content of methanol,propanol,isoamyl alcohol and isobutanol was determined by external standard method. The mass concentration of four alcohols was linear with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 1–100 μg/mL. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.952 7–0.996 9. The detection limits were 0.5–2 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation of six repeated determination results was 0.4%–3.1%,and the addition recovery rates were 94.3%–99.8%. The method is simple and rapid,which can meet the requirements of daily testing of alcohols in Hakka rice wine.
