摘要
中国农业已由高速增长转向高质量发展阶段,如何有效落实和推进农业高质量发展将是未来中国政府的重点任务之一。从农业经济的结构、效率、稳定性以及农村发展、农业现代化、农业资源与环境等6个方面选取23项评价指标,构建了中国农业经济发展质量评价指标体系,以湖北省为例,采用熵值法量化分析了2000—2017年湖北省农业经济发展质量特征。最后,围绕制约湖北省农业经济质量提升存在的主要问题提出建议,以期为湖北省以及长江流域其他省份农业高质量发展提供参考。
China's agriculture has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and how to effectively implement and promote high-quality agricultural development will be one of the key tasks for the Chinese government in the future. From six aspects such as agricultural economy structure, efficiency, stability, and rural development, agricultural modernization, agricultural resources and environment, 23 evaluation indexes have been chosen to build the evaluation index system of Chinese agricultural economy development quality. In addition, taking Hubei province as an example, the authors quantitatively analyzed the quality characteristics of agricultural economic development in Hubei province from 2000 to 2017 based on the entropy value method. Finally, suggestions around the main problems restricting the improvement of agricultural economic quality in Hubei province were proposed, in order to provide reference for agricultural high quality development in Hubei province and other provinces in the Yangtze River basin.
