摘要
采用座滴法测试了700℃高真空条件下铝熔体与石墨、镀铬石墨基底及铬块的润湿性,研究了镀铬层厚度对润湿行为的影响。研究结果表明,铬镀层能够明显改善铝熔体与石墨基底的润湿性,随着镀层厚度的增加(170~900nm),平衡接触角逐渐减小,铺展速率明显增大,且铝熔体在550nm镀铬层上比在铬块上具有更好的润湿性。
The wettability of aluminum melt on the surface of graphite,chrome-plated graphite substrates and chromium under high vacuum conditions is studied by sessile drop method at 700℃.The influence of thickness of deposited Cr film on the surface of graphite on the wettability is investigated.The results show that plating can improve the wettability of aluminum melt with graphite substrate.With the increase of coating thickness(170nm-900nm),the final contact angle gradually decreases and the spreading rate increases significantly.The wettability of Cr-coated graphite with Cr film thickness of 550 nm by molten aluminum is better than that of chromium substrate.
