摘要
为发展裂纹在线监测技术,积累损伤容限试验数据,设计了偏心孔损伤容限测试用轮盘。通过真实发动机机轮盘的应力及寿命结果分析,确定了损伤容限测试位置;通过失效能量影响分析,确定了试验转速及外形尺寸范围;依据指定寿命,利用名义应力法及局部应力-应变法设计了损伤容限测试位置的应力水平;通过有限元分析,进行了具体轮盘结构设计并优化。设计结果表明,该轮盘能够满足损伤容限测试要求。
For the development of on-line crack monitoring technology and the accumulation of the damage tolerance test data,the disk with eccentric hole was designed for the damage tolerance test.The location of damage tolerance test were determined through the stress and the life results analysis of aero-engine disk.The rotation speed and outside dimension range were designed through the failure energy analysis method.According to the life objective,the stress for the location of damage tolerance was calculated by the nominal stress and local stress-strain method.The disk structure was designed by the software of finite element analysis.The analysis results of the final design show that the disk meets the requirements of the damage tolerance test.
