摘要
新样态教育的实施原则是坚守教育本真、回归学校本位、遵循教育规律、彰显办学本旨,是推动学校内生式发展的新理念、新方法、新工具。磐石市为实现县域教育的合理布局、均衡发展、质量与效益兼顾、特色突出等发展目标,2018年年初以来以“聚焦核心素养、构建学校发展新样态”为区域主导课题研究项目,进行了深入的探索实践。从抉择、践行、收获、感触四个层面分析新样态学校的创建历程,新样态学校的创建法则、新面貌的嬗变过程、实施新样态教育的体会对提高县域教育质量、办人民满意的教育具有启示意义。
The implementation principle of new shape education is to stick to the original education, return to the school standard, follow the rules of education, highlight the purpose of running a school, and it is a new idea, new method and new tool to promote the endogenous development of schools. In order to achieve the development goals of rational distribution, balanced development, quality and benefit consideration, prominent characteristics and other development goals of county territory education, Panshi city has carried out in-depth exploration and practice since the beginning of 2018 with the regional leading research project “focus on core qualities, build new shape of school development”. From the four aspects of choice, practice, harvest and feeling, this paper analyzes the establishment process of new shape schools. The establishment rules of new shape schools, the evolution process of new shape schools, and the experience of implementing new shape education have enlightenment significance to improve the quality of county territory education and do the education that the people are satisfied with.
