2型糖尿病患者检测血清硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白与唾液酸的临床价值 被引量:8

Clinical Value of Serum Thioredoxin Interacting Protein and Sialic Acid in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探讨血清硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白(Thioredoxin interacting protein,TXNIP)诊断与其他血液学指标联合诊断2型糖尿病的价值及临床意义.方法回顾性分析2型糖尿病患者(270例)与同时期健康体检者(73例)血清TXNIP水平(ELISA法)、一般临床资料和相关血液学指标.结果2型糖尿病组血清TXNIP与唾液酸(SA)水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01).ROC曲线分析结果显示:血清TXNIP与SA单独诊断2型糖尿病的线下面积AUC分别为0.606(敏感度0.815,特异性0.438,约登指数0.253,P=0.003)与0.646(敏感度0.632,特异性0.616,约登指数0.248,P=0.000).TXNIP联合SA、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、收缩压等联合诊断2型糖尿病的线下面积AUC=0.749(敏感度0.494,特异性0.903,约登指数0.397),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000).结论血清TXNIP检测可对2型糖尿病诊断提供一定的参考价值,同时为预防和治疗2型糖尿病的分子生物学靶点提供了方向. Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the value and clinical significance of TXNIP and other hematological indicators in the diagnosis of type2 diabetes mellitus.Method The serum TXNIP levels (ELISA) and clinical data of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus ( n =270) and healthy subjects ( n =73) were retrospectively analyzed. Results The levels of serum TXNIP and SA in type2 diabetes group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group ( P <0.01).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum TXNIP and SA were 0.606 and 0.646 respectively in the diagnosis of type2 diabetes.The AUC,sensitivity,specificity,Youden index of serum TXNIP combined with SA,HDL-C,systolic blood pressure to diagnosis of type2 diabetes were 0.749,0.494,0.903,0.397 respectively( P =0.000).Conclusion Detection of serum TXNIP administer can provide some references for the diagnosis of type2 diabetes,and also provide the direction of molecular biological target.
