摘要
为解决薛虎沟煤业2-106A工作面运输巷围岩变形量大的问题,通过对巷道围岩的变形特征及变形原因进行分析,得出巷道变形量大的两个主要原因为坚硬顶板动压破坏及巷道埋深大;提出采用水力致裂技术对巷道坚硬顶板进行弱化处理,在不增加支护强度的前提下减小围岩压力。结果表明:水力压裂技术对巷道坚硬顶板进行水力压裂处理后,回采巷道的围岩变形量明显减小,提高了回采巷道的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in the transportation roadway of the working face 2-106a of Xuehugou Coal Industry,through the analysis of the deformation characteristics and deformation reasons of the roadway surrounding rock,it is concluded that two main reasons of large deformation of roadway are the dynamic pressure failure of hard roof and large buried depth of roadway.The hydraulic fracturing technique is proposed to weaken the hard roof of roadway and reduce the surrounding rock pressure without increasing the supporting strength.The results show that after hydraulic fracturing treatment of hard roof of roadway,the deformation of surrounding rock in stope roadway decreases obviously and the stability of stope roadway is improved.
