摘要
工业化时代确立的“机械人”型的人力资源模式把人异化,造成“工业人”失去组织主人翁的地位而被动适应组织的管理。随着大数据时代的到来与“数字人”的出现,人力资源管理的人性假设正在发生空前巨变,文化型人力资源管理将大行其道,与“数字人”相匹配的文化型人力资源实践正在我们管理实践中出现,组织人力资源管理的革命已是历史潮流,数字人将成为组织的主人。
The human resources model of “robotic man” established in the industrialized era alienates people, resulting in “industrial man” losing the status of the owner of the organization and passively adapting to the management of the organization. With the advent of the era of big data and the emergence of “digital person”, the assumption of human nature of human resources management is undergoing unprecedented changes. Cultural human resources management will be popular. The practice of cultural human resources management matching “digital person ” is emerging in our management practice. The revolution of organizational human resources management has become a historical trend, and digital person will become the owner of the organization.
