在社会经济发展与食品生产技术进步的共同影响下,我国的食品种类也在日趋丰富。植物蛋白饮料是近年来才出现的饮料,这种饮料一经推出便广受消费者的追捧。植物蛋白饮料兼具风味和保健功效,而这不仅满足了人们对健康生活的需要,还在一定程度上缓解了我国奶源紧张的趋势。
Under the joint influence of social and economic development and technological progress in food production,China’s food market is becoming more and more diverse. Vegetable protein beverage is a kind of beverage which only appeared on the market in recent years. It has been introduced and was widely sought by consumers. Vegetable protein beverage has both flavor and health function,which not only met people’s need for healthy life,but also alleviated the trend of milk shortage in China to a certain extent.
