摘要
近几年我国综合性大学音乐本科不断扩招,学生数量急遽增加。由此带来学生专业素质降低、师资与硬件设施不足、学生就业形势严峻等一系列问题。基于当下综合性大学音乐专业的培养目标是复合型创新性人才的培养,笔者主要从复合型创新性人才的界定、培养复合创新性人才的必要性、创建服务于复合型创新性人才培养的课程体系建设等方面,探讨综合性大学复合型创新性人才培养的问题,从而为新时代音乐人才的培养提供借鉴。
In recent years,the enrollment of music undergraduates in China's Mainland's comprehensive universities has been expanding,and the number of students has increased dramatically. This brings about a series of problems,such as the decrease of students’ professional quality,the shortage of teachers and hardware facilities,and the severe employment situation of students. Based on the current training goal of music major in comprehensive universities is to cultivate compound innovative talents,this paper mainly discusses the creation of curriculum system for cultivating compound innovative talents in comprehensive universities from the definition of compound innovative talents,the necessity of cultivating compound innovative talents,and the curriculum construction of cultivating compound innovative talents,so as to create a new era of talents. Training provides reference.
