摘要
目的 探讨临床药师干预在提高急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者用药依从性及用药效果中的应用。方法 选择2016年1月-2017年2月我院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者280例,根据入院先后顺序将患者分为实验组(n=140)与对照组(n=140),对照组患者接受常规用药指导,实验组患者接受临床药师干预,比较两组患者的用药依从性及用药效果。结果 实验组患者的用药依从性95%显著高于对照组的79.29%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者的心理健康(74.6±6.2)、生活功能(87.0±3.1)、社会功能评分(65.8±4.9)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床药师干预可提高急性冠脉综合征患者的用药依从性,提高患者的用药效果,改善患者的心功能指标,干预效果良好。
Objective To explore the application of clinical pharmacist intervention in improving drug compliance and efficacy of patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI. Methods 280 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into an experimental group ( n =140) and a control group ( n =140) by random number table method. Patients in the control group received routine medication guidance and those in the experimental group received clinical pharmacist intervention. Comparisons were made between the two groups of patients’ medication compliance and medication effect. Result The compliance rate (95%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that (79.29%) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). After intervention, the mental health (74.6±6.2), life function (87.0±3.1) and social function score (65.8±4.9) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists can improve the medication compliance of patients with acute coronary syndrome, improve the medication effect of patients, improve the cardiac function index of patients, and the intervention effect is good.
