摘要
大多高校建校早,随着高校的发展,基建配套设施负荷增大,早期设置的消防设施满足不了现有居住需求或不能正常使用,改扩建对消防安全的忽视。本文通过分析高校基建中存在的消防安全隐患,结合现行相关规范,从总平面布局、安全疏散、防烟排烟等方面探索提高高校基建消防安全的依据和原则,为完善高校基建消防安全的管理、消防力量的合理配置,从而为预防消防安全提供一些建议。
Most colleges and universities were established early.With the development of colleges and universities,the load of infrastructure facilities has increased.The fire facilities installed in the early stage can not meet the existing residential needs or can not be used normally.The renovation and expansion neglected fire safety.This paper analyzes the fire safety hazards existing in the infrastructure construction of colleges and universities,and combines the relevant relevant norms to explore the basis and principle of improving the fire safety of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities from the aspects of general layout,safety evacuation,smoke and smoke exhaustion,etc.,to provide some suggestions for improving the management of fire protection in colleges and universities and the rational allocation of firefighting forces.
