摘要
针对传统密集架的可靠性和安全性差、通信速率较慢等缺点,在密集架系统中固定柜设计的基础上,完成了基于AVR单片机并采用CAN总线的密集架系统中移动柜的设计。移动柜由移动柜控制板、液晶触摸屏等构成,控制板由电源电路、CAN总线通讯电路、电机驱动电路等组成。采用EA?鄄070B液晶触摸屏作为移动柜人机界面,采用90ZWN24-120-A型直流无刷电机控制移动柜的移动,同时采用光幕传感器、接近开关、光电开关等进行安全保护。CAN总线通信保证了固定柜与移动柜之间通信的稳定性。
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional compact shelving,such as poor reliability and security,slow communication speed. Based on the design of fixed cabinet in intelligent mobile rack. A kind of mobile cabinet with intelligent mobile rack based on AVR MCU and CAN-bus has designed. Mobile cabinet is composed of mobile cabinet control board,LCD touch screen,etc. The control board is composed of power supply circuit,CAN bus communication circuit and driving circuit for motors. EA-070B LCD touch screen is used as man-machine interface,using 90ZWN24-120-A brushless DC motor to control the movement of mobile cabinet. Meanwhile,light curtain sensor,proximity switch and photoelectric switch are used for safety protection. CAN bus communication ensures the stability of communication between fixed cabinet and mobile cabinet.
