无酚型曼尼期碱固化剂的性能及工程应用

摘要 分别对环氧树脂(E-51)/无酚型曼尼斯碱固化剂481、E-51/酚醛改性胺T-31两种固化体系在不同温度下的凝胶时间进行了测定,并对固化物的力学性能进行了测试.结果表明:按m(E-51):m(481)=100:35时,固化物的拉伸性能最佳;与E-51/T-31相比,E-51/481的凝胶时间较长,固化反应表观活化能较高,反应温和;力学强度和粘接强度均得到提高,其中拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的增幅均超过50%;该固化物显示出较好的坚韧性,以此新型曼尼期碱481配制的灌注修补结构胶粘剂经工程应用效果较好. The gel time of the two thermosetting resin systems such as epoxy resin(E-51)/phenol-free Man. nich base curing Agent 481 and E-51/phenol and aldehyde-modified amine T-31 curing systems were de. termined at different temperatures respectively,and the mechanical properties of the curing matrices were tested. The results showed that the tensile property of the curing matrix was the best when the m(E-51): m(481)was =100:35,the gel time of E-51/481 was longer,the curing reaction apparent activation energy was higher and the reaction was mild compared with those of E-51/T-31;and the mechanical strength and adhesion strength were improved,Among them,the increase of tensile strength and elongation at break are more than 50%;The curing property shows good toughness,and the engineering application of the perfu. sion repairing adhesive prepared by this curing agent 481 displayed good effect.
